Schneider Marcel

Professional career
After completing his commercial training at the Bertelsmann Group in Bern, in 1993 Marcel Schneider began his professional career as a financial accountant for several medium-sized enterprises (including Omnipack AG, IKAG, Tilag AG JTM Klopfenstein Holding AG, Schlachtbetrieb St. Gallen AG, and SBAG). In addition to his work as a financial accountant, he was also responsible for managing human resources, auditing construction financing, and acquiring and managing key accounts. From 1997 to 2002, Marcel Schneider held several mandates as a member of the management board at financial services companies, where he was responsible for customer service, acquisitions and sales. In 2007, he joined the BFW Group in Weinfelden. From 2007 to 2012, Marcel Schneider was a member of the management board and from 2008 also the deputy CEO of several group companies. He was responsible for sales and distribution of financial products, investor relations and the strategic integration of the difference financial products within the group. From 2013 to April 2018, Marcel Schneider was COO and member of the management board at Novavest Real Estate AG and Nova Property Fund Management AG, which manages the portfolios of Novavest Real Estate AG. During the same period, as a member of the management board at Cime Capital AG Marcel Schneider was responsible for establishing the sales department. Since April 2018, as CEO and co-owner of Nova Property Fund Management AG, Marcel Schneider has worked hard to expand the enterprise’s activities.
