Bock René

Professional career
After studying law at the University of St. Gallen, René Bock joined Schweizerische Bankgesellschaft (1985 to 1991) and worked at the credit office in Zurich, the corporate banking arm in Kreuzlingen and as head of commercial operations in Weinfelden. He then assumed the role of head of specialist financing and commercial operations (established and managed CWO and CRM) at the Thurgauer Kantonalbank (1992 to 1995). From 1996 to 2009, he owned and managed the trust Thalmann Treuhand AG / RB Immobilien Treuhand AG (30 employees) with a range of projects involving restructuring and reorganization. From 2009 to 2010, he managed the Thurgauer Kantonalbank as interim CEO with 750 employees. Since 2011, as the owner of RB Immobilien Treuhand AG, René Bock has been an entrepreneur, member of the board and an active investor.
