Raymond Rüttimann

Career history
After completing his education, Raymond Rüttimann gained professional experience as a construction site manager and construction management project supervisor at various different companies before spending several years in Corporate Real Estate Portfolio Management and Real Estate Funds Management at UBS AG. In the year 2000, he transferred to Credit Suisse Real Estate Investment Management. While there, he held a number of management positions in Property Asset Management and Development & Construction. He most recently worked as Head of Global Real Estate and Head of Real Estate Switzerland. Raymond Rüttimann has more than 30 years of management experience in the real estate sector, including with projects, refurbishment, development, construction and portfolio management.

He has been a partner and co-owner of R2Partners AG in Zug since the start of 2023.

Since September 2023, he has been a member of the Board of Trustees of Fundaziun da Puntraschigna and a member of the Board of Directors of WSG AG in Glattbrugg.
